Even the drive by media has
started acknowledging the slow down in the
real estate Market.. The fact is that there
has not been a better time to buy property
in several Market cycles, and may not happen
again for a few decades. We are now
recommending to our preferred clients to
start buying properties to turn into rentals
in some areas of the Houston Market. There
will still be a lingering stagnation for a
period of time but we can already identify
some great opportunities.
